A recap of the first-ever pizza omakase in the Philippines by brother and sister duo Chef Yuichi Ito and Chef Naomi Ito.

Some of the dishes served during the three night pop-up included Kyo-Gamo pizza with house-cured Kyoto Duck prosciutto with Pampanga Mulberries, a Caviar Hassun, local Mud Crab egg custard, home-made fish ‘nduja with pizza bianca, Hokkaido sardines and straciatella on foccacia, and Palawan Rock Lobster pizza to name a few.

Join us for three exciting nights as we present Chef Yuichi lto and his talented sister, Chef Naomi Ito, in an unparalleled culinary experience: the first-ever Pizza Omakase in the Philippines.

Hailed as the #1 Pizzaiolo in Japan, Chef Yuichi Ito is a multi-disciplinary chef with a penchant for marrying Italian flavors with Japanese techniques. Using premium imported and local ingredients such as Kyoto Duck, Caviar and Rock Lobster, expect a night where pizza is the main event but not the only attraction.

The experience will be an intimate 12 seats per night and will run for approximately 3.5 hours.
